    From Towson Town Center, exit the mall and head south on Towson Ave. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Dulaney Valley Rd. Turn left onto Dulaney Valley Rd and follow it as it becomes Charles St. After approximately 2 miles, you will reach the area of Mt. Vernon in Baltimore. The Washington Monument is located at 699 N Charles St, which will be on your right.
