From Annapolis, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Annapolis Transit bus heading towards the Maryland State House. Transfer to the Washington, D.C. Metro at the New Carrollton station. Take the Orange Line towards Vienna and get off at the Foggy Bottom-GWU station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk: exit the station, head west on I St NW, then turn left onto 19th St NW. Buffalo Billiards will be on your right.

If you are in downtown Annapolis, walk towards the Annapolis City Dock. From there, take West St towards the Westfield Annapolis Mall. Continue on West St until you reach the bus terminal. Board the next bus heading to Washington, D.C. Once you arrive in D.C., walk towards the nearest metro station and take the Metro to Foggy Bottom-GWU station. After exiting the metro, walk west on I St NW, then turn left onto 19th St NW. Buffalo Billiards will be on your right.
