From Rocky Gap State Park, head southwest on US-220 S for approximately 9 miles. At the intersection with I-68, merge onto I-68 E. Continue for about 5 miles, then take exit 43 for US-220 S toward Cumberland. After exiting, continue on US-220 S for about 2 miles until you reach Fort Ave. Turn left onto Fort Ave, and Constitution Park will be on your right. There is no cost for parking at the park.
