If you are driving, start on Route 6, the main highway through Cape Cod. Take Exit 85 for Route 6A towards Truro/North Truro. Follow Route 6A until it merges back onto Route 6. Stay on Route 6 for about 3 miles, then take the exit for Route 6A/North Truro. Continue on Route 6A for about 2 miles until you reach Highland Light Road. Turn left onto Highland Light Road, and the Highland Lighthouse will be on your right at 27 Highland Light Rd, North Truro, MA 02652.

To reach Highland Lighthouse by public transportation, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service. Board the Route 2 bus from Barnstable, which heads towards Truro.
