Take exit 6 for Route 132 toward Barnstable. Merge onto Route 132, and continue for about 2 miles. At the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Main Street (Route 149). Follow Main Street as it curves and becomes Sandy Neck Road, leading you directly to Sandy Neck Beach. From there, you will find a parking area. Note that there may be a parking fee of approximately $15 during the summer months. After parking, you'll need to walk or bike about 2 miles along the sandy path to reach Sandy Neck Lighthouse.

You can catch the bus at various stops in Barnstable. Make sure to take the bus route that goes toward Barnstable Village.
