Follow Route 137 until it merges into Main Street. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28 South. Follow Route 28 until you reach Chatham. The entrance to Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge is located at 0.5 miles past the intersection of Route 28 and Stage Harbor Road. There is no entrance fee for the refuge, but be aware of parking regulations.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service. Board the Route 1 bus at any stop in Barnstable County heading towards Hyannis.
