    From Hyannis, take Route 6 East towards Barnstable. Merge onto Route 3 North towards Plymouth. Continue on Route 3 for about 15 miles. Take Exit 6 for Route 44 towards Plymouth. Merge onto Route 44 and follow it until you reach the intersection with Warren Ave. Turn left onto Warren Ave, and the Plimoth Patuxet Museums will be on your right at 137 Warren Ave.

    Public Transportation

    From Hyannis, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus (Route 1) heading to Barnstable Village. Transfer to the Plymouth & Brockton Street Railway at the Barnstable Village stop, which is a bus service that goes to Plymouth. Get off at the Plymouth stop, and from there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to 137 Warren Ave, which is a short distance away.

    From Falmouth, head north on Route 28 towards Barnstable. Merge onto Route 6 East. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 18 miles. Take Exit 6 for Route 44 towards Plymouth. Merge onto Route 44 and turn left onto Warren Ave. The Plimoth Patuxet Museums will be located on your right at 137 Warren Ave.
