If you are coming from Hyannis, take Route 28 East for about 4 miles. Continue on Route 28 until you reach the Yarmouth area, where you will turn onto Meadowbrook Rd. The entrance to Swan Pond Boardwalk is located at the end of Meadowbrook Rd, where there is limited parking available. Look for signs indicating the boardwalk, and be prepared to walk a short distance to the entrance.
