If you are traveling by car, start by heading to Route 28. From any point in Barnstable County, follow signs to Route 28 South. Continue on Route 28 until you reach the intersection with Ocean Street in Hyannis. Turn right onto Ocean Street, and keep driving for about 1.5 miles. Veterans Park Beach will be on your left at 480 Ocean St, Hyannis, MA 02601. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that there may be a fee during peak season.

For those using public transportation, you can take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) Bus Route 1, which runs through Barnstable County.
