    Start at the Barnstable Village bus stop on Main Street. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus Route 1 towards Hyannis. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the Hyannis Transportation Center. From there, transfer to the Route 2 bus towards Mashpee. Ride for about 25 minutes and disembark at the South Sandwich Road stop. From the bus stop, head south on South Sandwich Road for about 0.5 miles, and the Lowell Holly Reservation will be on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you have a bicycle, start at Barnstable Village and ride south on Main Street, then continue onto Route 149. Follow Route 149 for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with South Sandwich Road. Turn left onto South Sandwich Road and continue for another 2 miles, where you will find Lowell Holly Reservation on your left.

  • Walking

    Begin your walk at Barnstable Village, heading south on Main Street. Continue straight onto Route 149, and after about a mile, turn left onto South Sandwich Road. Walk along South Sandwich Road for about 2.5 miles. Please note that this will be a long walk, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. The Lowell Holly Reservation will be on your left.
