If you are starting from the Barnstable Village area, head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 6A. Turn left onto Route 6A and continue for about 4 miles. Look for signs directing you towards Sandwich. As you enter Sandwich, take a right onto Wood Avenue. The Sandwich Boardwalk will be on your left at 103 Wood Ave. It's approximately a 1-hour walk.
