If you are starting from Barnstable Village, head south on Main St toward the Hyannis area. Follow Main St for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Ocean St. Continue straight through the intersection. After about 0.5 miles, you will see the entrance to the Walkway to the Sea on your right, just past the Hyannis Main Street Waterfront District.

Public Transit
From Barnstable, you can take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus number 2, which travels toward Hyannis. Board the bus at the nearest stop and stay on until you reach the Main St and Ocean St stop. From there, exit the bus and walk down Ocean St for approximately 0.4 miles. The Walkway to the Sea entrance will be on your left, just before the waterfront.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike in Barnstable. Start on Main St heading south, and continue for about 2 miles until you reach Ocean St. Turn left onto Ocean St and follow it for about 0.4 miles.
