From central Barnstable, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) Bus Route 1 towards Hyannis. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the 'Cape Cod Mall' stop. Once you get off, the mall is directly across the street.
