If you are driving from the center of the Berkshires, head east on Route 9. Continue on Route 9 for about 12 miles until you reach the junction with Route 143. Turn left onto Route 143 and follow it for about 5 miles until you reach the entrance to Chesterfield Gorge Reservation on your right. There is ample parking available at the site. Be sure to check for any parking fees, which are generally around $5.

For those using public transportation, take the Peter Pan Bus from various locations in the Berkshires to Northampton, MA. Once in Northampton, transfer to the local PVTA bus service (Route 34) towards Chesterfield. The bus will drop you off near the Chesterfield Gorge Reservation.
