If you are starting from Boston Common, head east on Boylston St toward Tremont St. Continue straight until you reach Park St Station. From there, take the Orange Line subway towards North Station and get off at Haymarket Station. Exit the station and head southeast on Blackstone St. Continue onto Hanover St and then turn right onto Prince St. After a few blocks, turn left onto Salem St and then right onto Cross St. Walk until you reach the intersection with Washington St, then turn left. Continue on Washington St until you reach the intersection with Beacon St, where you will find the Boston Foundation Monument at 49 Beacon St.
Public Transport
From South Station, take the Red Line subway towards Alewife. Get off at Park St Station, then transfer to the Green Line towards Government Center. At Government Center, transfer to the Blue Line towards Bowdoin. Get off at Haymarket Station. Once you exit, head southeast on Blackstone St, continue onto Hanover St and take a right onto Prince St. After a few blocks, turn left onto Salem St and then right onto Cross St. Walk until you reach Washington St, turn left, and then proceed until you arrive at 49 Beacon St, the location of the Boston Foundation Monument.
