Getting There

  • Bus

    From downtown Boston, walk to the Haymarket Station on the Green Line. Board the Green Line train towards Government Center and transfer at Government Center to the Orange Line. Take the Orange Line train towards North Station and get off at Haymarket. Exit the station and walk to the Haymarket bus terminal. Catch the 67 or 62 bus towards Concord and get off at the 'Liberty St @ Minute Man National Historical Park' stop. The park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.

    Head to South Station in downtown Boston. Purchase a ticket for the MBTA commuter rail towards Fitchburg. Board the train and enjoy the ride, getting off at the West Concord station. From the station, walk west on Commonwealth Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach Liberty Street. Turn left onto Liberty Street, and you will find the Minute Man National Historical Park at 174 Liberty St.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of Boston's bike-sharing systems. Start from Boston Common and head northwest on Charles Street. Follow the path along the Charles River, which will eventually turn into the Minuteman Bike Path. This scenic route will lead you directly to Concord. Upon reaching the town, make your way to Liberty Street, where Minute Man National Historical Park is located.

    If you're up for a long but scenic walk, you can start from downtown Boston and walk northwest towards Concord. Follow the path along the Charles River to the Minuteman Bike Path, which takes you through beautiful landscapes all the way to Concord.
