If you're starting from downtown Lowell, head to the nearest bus stop on Merrimack Street and catch the MBTA Lowell Line train towards Boston. After about a 30-minute ride, disembark at the West Medford Station. From there, transfer to the Alewife-bound Alewife subway line at Alewife Station. Ride the subway for about 25 minutes until you reach Kenmore Station. Exit the station and walk toward Commonwealth Avenue.
