From Brockton, head to the Brockton MBTA station located at 1-25 Main St. Take the 'Plymouth & Brockton' bus service that heads towards Boston and get off at the 'Providence' stop. This journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once in Providence, walk towards the Kennedy Plaza where you will find a bus terminal. From there, take the RIPTA Route 1 bus heading towards 'University/Thayer' and get off at the 'Benefit St' stop. The Old State House is just a short walk from this bus stop.
