Getting There

• Bus

  From Brockton, head to the Brockton MBTA Bus Terminal located at 1-9 Commercial Street. Take the MBTA 14 bus towards Ashmont Station. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the Ashmont Station. From there, transfer to the Red Line subway towards Alewife, and ride for about 20 minutes. Disembark at Park Street Station. Exit the station and walk towards Tremont Street, then take a left onto Tremont Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Pemberton Square. The John Adams Courthouse will be on your right.

• Train

  Make your way to the Brockton MBTA Commuter Rail Station located at 1 Commercial Street. Board the train on the Middleborough/Lakeville Line towards Boston. After approximately 45 minutes, disembark at South Station. Once you exit South Station, follow the signs to the Red Line subway and take the train towards Alewife. Get off at Park Street Station, and then follow Tremont Street to the left. Walk for about 5 minutes to reach Pemberton Square, where the John Adams Courthouse is located.

• Walking

  If you find yourself near the Brockton City Hall, you can start walking towards the Brockton MBTA Bus Terminal located at 1-9 Commercial Street. From there, follow the bus directions above. Alternatively, you can walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street to catch the MBTA 14 bus to Ashmont Station. This option may take longer, but it is a great way to see the local area.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  For a more direct and comfortable option, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply request a ride to '1 Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108'. The driver will take you directly to the John Adams Courthouse, which is located in Downtown Boston. This option is the fastest but may be more expensive compared to public transportation.
