If you're driving from Gloucester, take Route 128 South. Merge onto I-95 South and follow signs for I-93 South towards Boston. Continue on I-93 South for about 30 miles. Take exit 23 for Haymarket/North Station. Stay in the right lane and merge onto the surface road, which will take you directly to Hanover Street. Once you reach Hanover Street, look for 216 Hanover St on your right. Parking is limited in the North End, so consider using nearby parking garages.
Public Transportation
To get to Improv Asylum via public transport from Rockport, take the MBTA Commuter Rail from Rockport Station to North Station. This journey takes around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at North Station, walk towards Haymarket Square. From Haymarket, head down Hanover Street; Improv Asylum is located at 216 Hanover St, about a 10-minute walk from North Station.

From Manchester-by-the-Sea, start by heading south on Route 127 to Route 128 South. Merge onto I-95 South, then take I-93 South towards Boston. Follow the signs for exit 23 towards Haymarket/North Station. After exiting, stay to the right and merge onto the surface road which leads to Hanover Street. Improv Asylum will be on your right at 216 Hanover St. Note that finding parking in the North End can be challenging, so look for public parking garages nearby.
