Turn left onto Route 28, then take a right onto Barnstable Road. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Mass Audubon’s Barnstable Great Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary on your right. There is no entry fee for visiting the sanctuary, but be sure to check for parking availability.
