Car
If you are driving, start on Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway). Take Exit 6 for Route 132 toward Barnstable. Follow Route 132 until you reach the intersection with Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28, then take a right onto Barnstable Road. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Mass Audubon’s Barnstable Great Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary on your right. There is no entry fee for visiting the sanctuary, but be sure to check for parking availability.

If you are using public transportation, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service, which operates routes throughout Cape Cod.
