    If you're driving from Hyannis, take Main Street (Route 28) northwest towards Barnstable. After about 6 miles, turn left onto Sandy Neck Road, which is marked with signs for Sandy Neck Beach. Continue on Sandy Neck Road until you reach the entrance of Sandy Neck Beach. Note that there may be a parking fee, so be prepared for that. Once parked, follow the marked trail towards the lighthouse, which is approximately a 2-mile hike through beautiful sandy terrain.

    From downtown Barnstable, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus towards Hyannis and get off at the Barnstable Village stop.
