If you are driving, start from the center of Cape Cod. Take Route 6 East towards Brewster. Continue on Route 6 for approximately 20 miles until you reach Exit 11 for Route 137. Turn left onto Route 137, and then immediately turn right onto Route 6A (also known as Old King's Highway). Follow Route 6A for about 3 miles, and then you will see signs for Wing Island.
