Walking
If you're starting from the center of Gloucester, head towards Main Street and look for the Cape Ann Bus Terminal. From there, take the bus towards Boston. Once you arrive in Boston, exit the bus at the Haymarket Station. From Haymarket, walk down Blackstone Street until you reach the intersection with Congress Street. Turn left onto Congress Street and continue until you reach the Boston City Hall Plaza. From there, head east on City Hall Avenue towards Government Center, and then turn right onto School Street. Continue straight to Boylston Street, where you will find Edgar Allan Poe Square on your right.

From Gloucester, take the MBTA commuter rail from the Gloucester Station to North Station in Boston. Once you arrive at North Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway towards Forest Hills. Get off at Haymarket Station. From Haymarket, follow Blackstone Street, turn left on Congress Street, and proceed to Boston City Hall Plaza. Walk east on City Hall Avenue, turn right onto School Street, and proceed to Boylston Street. Edgar Allan Poe Square will be on your right.
