Walking
From the center of Gloucester, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with Washington Street. Continue straight onto Eastern Avenue. Follow Eastern Avenue until you reach the intersection with Route 128. Turn left onto Route 128 South and continue for about 1 mile. Take the exit towards Boston, merging onto I-95 South. Follow the signs for I-93 North towards Boston. Once you enter the downtown area, follow the signs for the Boston Common. The Swan Boats are located at 4 Charles St, right next to the Boston Common.
Public Transit
From Gloucester, take the MBTA commuter rail from the Gloucester station to North Station in Boston. Once you arrive at North Station, transfer to the Green Line 'C' or 'E' train towards Heath Street. Get off at the Boylston Station. From there, walk towards the Boston Common. Head south on Tremont Street, then turn left onto Park Street. Continue walking until you reach Charles Street. The Swan Boats will be on your right at 4 Charles St.
