    Walking

    If you are in downtown Gloucester, head towards Main Street and walk northeast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left on Washington Street and follow it until you reach the Gloucester Harbor. From the harbor, head south on Pacific Avenue, then take a right onto East Main Street. Continue on East Main Street until you reach the intersection with Pleasant Street. Turn left on Pleasant Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Western Avenue. Finally, turn right on Western Avenue, and you will see the Central Burying Ground on your left.

    From the Gloucester Train Station, take the MBTA commuter rail towards North Station. Get off at the North Station stop and transfer to the Green Line. Board the Green Line towards Copley Station. Once you arrive at Copley Station, exit the station and head east on Boylston Street. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at the Central Burying Ground on your right.
