Start at the Gloucester Harbor. Head east on Rogers Street towards Duncan Street. Continue onto Washington Street. Turn left onto Main Street and proceed to the Gloucester MBTA train station. Take the MBTA train towards Boston (you may want to check the schedule ahead of time) and disembark at the Back Bay station in Boston. Once at Back Bay station, exit and head southwest on Dalton Street towards Boylston Street. Turn left onto Boylston Street, and then turn right onto Marlborough Street. Continue walking straight until you reach 66 Marlborough St, which is the First Church in Boston.
Bus
Begin at the Gloucester Harbor. Walk to the nearest bus stop for the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) service on Main Street. Board the CATA bus that heads towards the Gloucester MBTA train station. From the station, take the MBTA train to Back Bay station. After arriving at Back Bay, exit the station and head southwest on Dalton Street toward Boylston Street. Turn left onto Boylston and then right onto Marlborough Street. Walk straight until you arrive at 66 Marlborough St, the First Church in Boston.
