To get to Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis, head to the Hyannis Harbor located at 180 Ocean Street. From the center of Hyannis, you can walk south along Main Street, which will lead you directly to the harbor. Look for signs pointing towards the ferry terminal. Once at the harbor, purchase your ferry ticket at the terminal, and board the ferry headed to Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven. The ferry ride typically takes about 1 hour.

Once you arrive in Woods Hole, follow the signs to the ferry terminal and take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, which takes about 35 minutes.
