Bus
From Hyannis, head to the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus terminal located at 20 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601. Take the 'Flex Route' bus towards Provincetown. The bus will take you along Route 6, providing beautiful views of the Cape. Once you arrive in Provincetown, disembark at the stop closest to Herring Cove Beach, which is a well-known destination. From the bus stop, walk west on Commercial Street, then take a left onto Province Lands Rd. Follow this road until you reach Herring Cove Beach.

Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike at one of the local rental shops in Hyannis. From the center of Hyannis, head north on Main St, then take a right onto Airport Rd. Follow the road until you reach the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Turn left onto the Rail Trail and ride it all the way to Wellfleet. From Wellfleet, head towards Provincetown via Route 6, which has bike lanes. Once in Provincetown, follow the signs to Herring Cove Beach, which is located on Province Lands Rd.

If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start at Hyannis Main Street. Walk towards the Hyannis Harbor and catch a ferry to Provincetown. After arriving in Provincetown, walk towards Commercial Street. Continue walking west until you reach the intersection with Province Lands Rd, then turn left. Walk straight along Province Lands Rd until you see the signs for Herring Cove Beach. It's a beautiful walk with plenty of scenic views.
