Turn left onto Merrimack Street and continue walking until you reach the Lowell Train Station. From the station, take a train to Boston's South Station. Once you arrive at South Station, exit the station and head towards Atlantic Avenue. Follow Atlantic Avenue until you reach the intersection with Summer Street, then turn left. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Congress Street. Turn right onto Congress Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn left onto State Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Marshall Street. Finally, turn right onto Marshall Street. The Ebenezer Hancock House will be on your left at 10 Marshall St.

From downtown Lowell, walk to the nearest bus stop on Merrimack Street. Board the LRTA bus route 15 towards the Lowell Connector. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the South Station stop in Boston. From South Station, exit the bus and walk towards Atlantic Avenue.
