Getting There
Walking
From the center of Lowell, head south on Merrimack Street towards the intersection with Dutton Street. Turn right onto Dutton Street and continue walking until you reach the bus station on the corner. Here, catch the MBTA bus number 67 heading towards Alewife Station. Stay on the bus for approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Alewife Station, transfer to the Red Line subway towards Ashmont. Ride for 5 stops and get off at Harvard Station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk. Exit the station and head west on Harvard Street until you reach 79 N Harvard St, where Harvard Stadium is located.
Public Transit
Begin at the Lowell Transit Center located at 50 Thorndike St. Take the LRTA bus route 1 towards the 'Lowell Connector.' Ride the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Billerica Avenue' stop. Here, transfer to the MBTA bus number 67 towards Alewife Station. After approximately 30 minutes on the bus, get off at Alewife Station. From Alewife, take the Red Line subway towards Ashmont and get off at Harvard Station. Once you exit the station, it's a short 15-minute walk to 79 N Harvard St. Just head west on Harvard Street until you reach the stadium.
Biking
If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local bike share program. Start from downtown Lowell and make your way towards the Merrimack Riverwalk. Follow the path along the river until you reach the intersection of the Riverwalk and the bike path leading to the south. Continue biking south until you reach the intersection of Route 2. Take a right onto Route 2 and keep going until you arrive at the Alewife area. Once there, follow the signs to Harvard Stadium, which will be on your left at 79 N Harvard St.
