From Lowell, head to the Lowell Transit Center located at 20 O'Leary Blvd. Once there, board the MBTA bus #67 towards Alewife. This bus will take you to the Alewife station. From Alewife, transfer to the Alewife subway station and take the Red Line train towards Ashmont. After several stops, get off at the Park Street station. At Park Street, transfer to the Green Line 'C' train towards Government Center. Finally, get off at the Government Center stop and walk approximately 0.5 miles northeast to 216 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02113, which is the location of Improv Asylum.

From Lowell, walk to the Lowell Station located at 20 Thorndike St. Take the MBTA commuter rail on the Lowell Line towards North Station in Boston. The train ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at North Station, exit the station and walk approximately 0.8 miles southeast towards 216 Hanover St, Boston, MA 02113. You can follow Causeway St, then turn right onto Washington St, and finally left onto Hanover St to reach your destination.
