Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car from any location in MetroWest, first navigate to Route 2 (also known as the Concord Turnpike). From Route 2, take exit 50 for Route 62 towards Concord. Merge onto Route 62 and continue for about 1.5 miles. Then, turn left onto Cambridge Turnpike (Route 2A). The Concord Museum will be on your left at 53 Cambridge Tpke, Concord, MA 01742. There is parking available on-site, which is generally free.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation options, you can take the MBTA Commuter Rail from any station in MetroWest to the South Acton station. Once you arrive at South Acton, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Concord Museum, which is approximately a 10-minute drive (3 miles) away. Alternatively, you can take the #62 or #67 bus from South Acton to Concord center and walk about 15 minutes to the museum. • Bicycle

  If you prefer to bike, Concord is accessible via several bike-friendly routes from MetroWest. You can follow the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway, which connects to Concord. The bikeway begins in Alewife (Cambridge) and runs through several towns, including Bedford and Lexington, before reaching Concord. Once you arrive in Concord, follow local signage to navigate to the Concord Museum at 53 Cambridge Tpke. Be prepared for some road traffic and ensure you have proper safety gear.
