If you are driving from anywhere in MetroWest, you can take the I-495 N highway. Start by getting onto I-495 N from your location. Continue on I-495 N for about 10 miles. Take exit 29B to merge onto MA-2 W toward Fitchburg. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 57 for North Road toward Carlisle. Follow North Road for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at Great Brook Farm State Park located at 165 North Rd, Carlisle, MA 01741. Parking is available on-site.

For those using public transportation, start by taking the MBTA Commuter Rail from your nearest station in MetroWest to the Alewife station in Cambridge. From Alewife, you can transfer to the #67 bus towards Concord. Get off at the North Road @ Great Brook Farm State Park stop. The park is a short walk from the bus stop. Be sure to check the MBTA schedule for the exact times, as service can vary. Note that the bus fare is approximately $1.70.
