    From New Bedford, walk to the nearest bus stop on Purchase Street. Take the GATRA bus heading to Fall River. Get off at the stop for the South Coast Marketplace, then transfer to the RIPTA bus number 60 towards Providence. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Angell Street & Waterman Street. From there, walk east on Waterman Street until you reach Congdon Street. Turn left onto Congdon Street, and Prospect Terrace will be on your right.

  • Train & Bus

    Walk to the New Bedford train station located at 29 Union Street. Take the MBTA train towards Boston and get off at the Attleboro Station. From Attleboro, transfer to a bus from the GATRA service heading towards Providence. Once in Providence, get off at the Kennedy Plaza. From Kennedy Plaza, board a RIPTA bus number 1 or 60 towards College Hill. Exit at the stop for Angell Street & Waterman Street. Walk east on Waterman Street and turn left onto Congdon Street to reach Prospect Terrace.

    If you are staying in downtown New Bedford, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Prospect Terrace. Head north on Purchase Street towards the waterfront, then continue onto the Riverwalk Trail. Follow the trail along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Route 195. Cross over and continue walking towards the east until you reach the area of College Hill in Providence. Once there, navigate to Congdon Street and follow it until you reach Prospect Terrace.
