If you're driving from downtown Newburyport, start by heading southwest on State St toward Merrimac St. Continue on State St for about 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Merrimac St, which becomes MA-1A S. Follow MA-1A S for approximately 9 miles. Merge onto MA-128 S toward Gloucester. After about 5 miles, take exit 14 toward Gloucester. Continue onto Washington St, then take a right onto Main St. Cape Ann Whale Watch will be on your left at 415 Main St, Gloucester, MA 01930.

To reach Cape Ann Whale Watch via public transportation, start at the Newburyport MBTA Station. Board the commuter rail on the Rockport Line heading toward Rockport. Get off at the Gloucester Station. From the station, you can take the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) bus #1 towards Gloucester. Get off at the stop near Main St and walk about 0.3 miles to 415 Main St, where Cape Ann Whale Watch is located.
