From anywhere in Norfolk County, get onto I-95 N or I-495 N. If you're near Route 1, you can also take that north. Follow signs for I-90 E (Massachusetts Turnpike) toward Boston. Once on I-90 E, continue until you reach the exit for Back Bay and merge onto Stuart St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Beacon St. Turn left onto Beacon St. The Gibson House Museum will be on your right at 137 Beacon St. Look for street parking or nearby parking garages.

If you are starting from Norfolk County, take the MBTA commuter rail from stations such as Norwood Central or Walpole on the Providence/Stoughton Line toward Boston. Get off at Back Bay Station.
