After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Salem Depot.' From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk: head east on Washington St, turn right onto Derby St, and you will find the Custom House on your right.

For a scenic route to the Custom House, start at 'South Station' in Boston. Purchase a ticket for the MBTA commuter rail to Salem, taking the 'Newburyport/Rockport Line.' Once on the train, relax and enjoy the ride, which will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Salem train station, exit and turn left onto Washington St. Walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Derby St, then turn right. The Custom House will be located on your left at 176 Derby St.
