If you are in downtown Quincy, start at the Quincy Center MBTA Station. Exit the station and head northeast on Washington Street towards Hancock Street. Turn left onto Hancock Street and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Quincy Avenue. From there, continue straight onto Quincy Avenue, which will become Beach Street. Follow Beach Street until you reach the coast, then take a left onto Sea Street. Walk along Sea Street until you reach the intersection with Quincy Shore Drive, where you will find the beautiful coastline. Continue walking along Quincy Shore Drive; you will eventually hit the intersection with Essex Street. Turn right onto Essex Street and continue until you reach 318 Essex St, Salem, MA 01970.

From your location in Quincy, make your way to the nearest bus stop for the MBTA service. Look for the bus route #210 or #212, which will take you towards Alewife Station. Board the bus and enjoy the ride. Disembark at the Alewife Station. Once at the Alewife Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway heading towards Oak Grove. Ride the subway until you reach North Station. From North Station, transfer to the commuter rail towards Salem. The train will take you directly to Salem Station. Upon arriving at Salem Station, exit the station and walk east on Washington Street towards Essex Street. Continue straight until you reach 318 Essex St, Salem, MA 01970.
