From South Shore, take Route 3 North towards Boston. Merge onto I-93 North towards Boston. Continue on I-93 North for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 20 for Government Center toward Haymarket. Continue straight onto New Sudbury Street. Turn left onto Congress Street and then right onto State Street. The Boston Massacre Site will be on your left at the corner of State and Congress Street (Address: Corner of State and Congress St, Boston, MA 02109). Parking may be available in nearby parking garages, but be prepared for potential fees.

Public Transportation - MBTA
From South Shore, you can take the MBTA Commuter Rail from stations such as Braintree, Weymouth, or Hingham. Board a train heading towards South Station in Boston. The ride typically takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at South Station, exit the station and walk towards the Red Line subway station. Take the Red Line towards Alewife and get off at Park Street Station. From Park Street, you can walk to the Boston Massacre Site. Exit Park Street and walk down Tremont Street, then turn left onto Congress Street. Finally, turn right onto State Street; the site will be on your left. Ensure you have a CharlieCard or CharlieTicket for fare, which costs around $2.40 for a one-way trip.
