Car
If you're driving, start on I-93 N from your location in Suffolk County. Follow I-93 N to exit 20A toward South Station. Merge onto Surface Rd, then turn right onto Atlantic Ave. Continue on Atlantic Ave and turn left onto State St. Finally, turn right onto Beacon St. The Massachusetts State House will be on your left at 24 Beacon St, Boston, MA 02133.
Public Transportation
To reach the Massachusetts State House via public transportation, take the MBTA subway (the 'T'). If you're near a Red Line station, board a train towards Alewife and transfer at Park Street to the Green Line (C or D branches). Get off at the Government Center stop. From there, it's a short walk: head northeast on Tremont St toward Court St, then turn right onto Court St and continue onto Beacon St. The State House will be at 24 Beacon St, Boston, MA 02133.
Walking
If you're already in the Beacon Hill area, the Massachusetts State House is easily accessible by foot. Start at the intersection of Charles St and Beacon St. Walk north on Beacon St for about 0.3 miles. The State House will be on your left. The walk should take you approximately 6-7 minutes.
