If you are traveling by car, get on I-495 N from anywhere in Suffolk County. Follow I-495 N and I-95 N to MA-3 N in Braintree. Merge onto MA-3 N and take exit 7A for Quincy. Continue on MA-3 N and follow the signs for Quincy. Once you reach Quincy, take the exit toward South St. Merge onto South St and drive for about 1.5 miles until you reach 549 South St, Pier 3. There is parking available at the museum, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take the MBTA commuter rail service from your station in Suffolk County to Quincy. You can catch the commuter rail at South Station in Boston, which will take you to the Quincy Center station. From Quincy Center, transfer to the MBTA bus route 210 or 211 towards Quincy Waterfront. Get off at the South Street stop, which is a short walk to the museum at 549 South St, Pier 3.
