Once at North Station, transfer to the Green Line 'C' train (light rail) heading towards 'Haymarket'. Ride for two stops and get off at 'Government Center'. At Government Center, transfer to the 'D' line (light rail) towards 'Riverside'. Ride for five stops until you reach 'Davis'. Once you exit the train at Davis, you will find yourself in Davis Square.

    If you are staying near the heart of Waltham, you can also reach Davis Square by walking to the nearest bus stop and taking the #67 bus towards Alewife Station. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Alewife bus terminal. From there, walk to the Alewife subway station and take the Alewife branch of the Red Line towards Ashmont. Change trains at 'Park Street' to the Green Line 'C' train towards 'Blandford Street' and ride until you reach 'Davis'. This method combines public transport with a pleasant walking experience.
