From Waltham, you can take the MBTA Commuter Rail from Waltham Station to North Station in Boston. Once you arrive at North Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway towards Oak Grove and get off at Haymarket Station. From Haymarket, walk towards the Greenway and take the Orange Line towards Salem, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Get off at the Salem Station. From Salem Station, walk about 10 minutes to reach Narbonne House located at 71 Essex St. Head southeast on Washington St, then turn left onto Essex St; the house will be on your left.

You can take the MBTA bus #67 from Waltham to Alewife Station in Cambridge. From Alewife, transfer to the Alewife subway station and take the Red Line towards Ashmont. At Park Street, transfer to the Green Line towards Copley. Get off at the Government Center stop and transfer to the Orange Line towards Salem. After approximately a 30-minute ride, get off at Salem Station. From there, walk about 10 minutes to Narbonne House at 71 Essex St by heading southeast on Washington St and turning left onto Essex St.
