Public Transit - Bus
From Waltham Common, walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Main Street and Waltham Street. Take the MBTA bus route 70 or 70A heading towards Alewife Station. Disembark at the Alewife Station, then transfer to the Alewife subway line (Red Line) towards Ashmont/Braintree. Ride the subway to Park Street Station. At Park Street, transfer to the Green Line (C or D branch) and take the train towards Kenmore. Get off at Copley Station. From Copley Station, exit and walk 0.3 miles east on Boylston Street, then turn left onto Clarendon Street. The John Hancock Tower will be on your right at 200 Clarendon Street.

If you are in the vicinity of the Waltham Common, head south on Main Street towards Moody Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Moody Street. Turn right onto Moody Street and proceed until you reach the Waltham train station. From there, take the commuter rail (Fitchburg Line) towards Boston. Get off at North Station. Once at North Station, walk towards Haymarket and transfer to the Green Line subway at Haymarket Station. Take the Green Line towards Copley Station. Exit at Copley Station, then walk 0.3 miles east on Boylston Street, turning left onto Clarendon Street. The John Hancock Tower will be on your right at 200 Clarendon Street.

From Waltham, walk to the Waltham MBTA Commuter Rail Station. Board the Fitchburg Line train towards Boston. Disembark at Porter Square Station. Transfer to the Red Line towards Alewife and get off at Park Street Station. At Park Street, switch to the Green Line and take the train towards Copley Station. Once you arrive at Copley, exit the station and walk 0.3 miles east on Boylston Street. Turn left onto Clarendon Street, and you will find the John Hancock Tower at 200 Clarendon Street on your right.
