Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the Worcester City Hall (455 Main St), head south on Main St toward Franklin St. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Mechanics Hall, located at 321 Main St. It will be on your right side. The building features ornate architecture, so keep an eye out for its distinctive façade.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From Worcester Union Station, take the WRTA bus route 1 towards 'South Worcester'. Board the bus at the station and ride for approximately 10 minutes. Disembark at the stop for Main St & Park Ave. From there, it's a short walk: head north on Main St for about 0.3 miles, and Mechanics Hall will be on your left at 321 Main St.

• Public Transportation - Train

  If you are at the Worcester Union Station, you can take the MBTA commuter rail service to South Station in Boston. However, this requires a longer trip and may not be necessary if you’re already in Worcester. Instead, consider using local bus services or walking, as Mechanics Hall is readily accessible from the city center.

• Bicycle

  If you're biking from the University of Massachusetts Medical School (55 N Lake Ave), head south on N Lake Ave. Turn left onto Plantation St and continue until you reach the junction with Park Ave. Turn right onto Park Ave and then left onto Main St. Continue for about 0.8 miles, and Mechanics Hall will be on your right at 321 Main St.
