If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Chinguetti. Head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance, then take a right onto Route de Ouadane. Continue on this road for approximately 30 km until you reach a fork. Take the left fork towards Dunes de Lemkhaleg. Follow this road for about 10 km, and you will see signs for Dunes de Lemkhaleg. The dunes are located at the coordinates 20.434150199999998 latitude and -12.276002 longitude.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take a bush taxi (shared taxi) from Chinguetti to Ouadane. These taxis usually leave from the main taxi station in Chinguetti. The fare is approximately 10,000 MRU (Mauritanian Ouguiya) per person. Once you arrive in Ouadane, you will need to negotiate with local drivers for a 4x4 vehicle to take you to Dunes de Lemkhaleg. This ride will cost around 15,000 MRU and will take about 30 minutes.
