Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main bus stop in Black River, head southeast along the main road (Royal Road). Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the road leading towards La Preneuse. Look for the signs pointing towards the beach; this will be the route to take. Once you reach the junction, turn right onto the road heading towards La Preneuse. Continue straight for approximately 500 meters until you see the sign for Black River Visitors Centre on your left. The centre is located at JC8C+HM3, La Preneuse.

    If you are renting a bicycle in Black River, start from the central square near the Black River Church. Ride south on Royal Road for about 1 kilometer. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards La Preneuse.
