If you are in the center of Blue Bay, head towards the main road, Route de la Saline. Walk east along this road until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Chaux. Turn left onto Rue de la Chaux. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes. As you approach Mahebourg, keep an eye out for Lavoir, which is located on the right side of the street. It is a historical site, so look for any signage indicating it.

From Blue Bay, you can take a local bus towards Mahebourg. Board any bus that says 'Mahebourg' on the front. The bus will drop you off at the main bus station in Mahebourg. From the bus station, walk towards Rue de la Chaux, which is a short walk of about 500 meters. Turn left onto Rue de la Chaux and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach Lavoir on your right.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Blue Bay and ride towards the main road, Route de la Saline. Follow the same route east until you reach Rue de la Chaux.
