Walking
Start at the Blue Bay public beach. Head north along the beach promenade until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the main road (A1) and continue walking. You will pass a few local shops and eateries. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A1 towards Port Louis. At this junction, you can catch a local bus to Port Louis. Board the bus that has a sign indicating 'Port Louis' and pay the fare. After about 30 minutes, you will arrive at the bus station in Port Louis.

Once you arrive at the Port Louis bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road (A1). Turn right and walk straight. You will see the Place d'Armes about 600 meters ahead, which is a large, open area surrounded by historical buildings and gardens. The area is marked by the statue of Queen Victoria, making it easy to identify.
